CR77 Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1 General Terms & Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the CR77 platform (cr77.click) and its mobile application. CR77 is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving Bangladesh and multiple other countries.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. However, we provide a full Bengali translation for the convenience of our Bangladeshi users.

2 Account Registration & Usage

To register with cr77, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. cr77 reserves the right to suspend any account and forfeit its balance at any time if false information is found.

• Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Account access must not be shared with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. If your account is compromised, contact CR77 support immediately.
• The email address and phone number provided at registration must be kept up to date at all times.
• Prior approval from CR77 is required before opening a corporate or business account.

A copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license may be requested at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This is a legal requirement and part of CR77's security policy.

3 Age, Eligibility & Jurisdiction

Cr77 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Account registration or use by minors is completely prohibited and subject to legal consequences.

• A government-issued ID may be requested for age verification, and refusal to provide one will result in account suspension.
• CR77 is not accessible from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• By registering, you confirm that using this service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Cr77 currently supports Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL Nexus payment methods. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (BDT). Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used to make the deposit.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on CR77 are subject to specific terms. Claiming a bonus means you have accepted the relevant terms and conditions.

• Welcome bonuses typically come with wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified bet amount has been met.
• Cashback bonuses come with zero wagering requirements and can be withdrawn directly.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Two deposit bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• CR77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Free bets and free spins are only valid on selected games. Winnings from these may also be subject to separate wagering requirements.

6 Gaming Rules & Results

• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, CR77 reserves the right to void the round in question.

• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account with others.
• Exploiting any bug or glitch in a game for personal gain.

• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

CR77 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these terms is established.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Refusal to complete KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (over 1 year).

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Make sure to withdraw your balance before doing so.

Enabling self-exclusion under Responsible Gaming will temporarily close your account for a set period, during which no new account may be opened.
